Development roadmap.

Psyntient's work proceeds in phases, each one defined by the kind of evidence the Archive is large enough to support.

  1. Year 1 · Months 1–3

    01

    Phase 1

    Archive beta & early partnerships

    Harden the live Noetic Archive through beta testing with additional independent corpora. The Repo, Edition system, and Architect pipeline are operational; scientific validation remains in progress. In parallel: deepen the Science Advisory Network, open research partner conversations, and recruit independent annotators.

  2. Year 1 · Months 4–6

    Phase 2

    First revenue & Marketplace launch

    Secure paid Archive access with research institutions and frontier AI labs. Launch the Psyntient Marketplace with the first third-party applications, opening transaction-fee, premium-access, and platform-services revenue.

    Phase 3

    Ground development & ecosystem scaling

    Scale the Archive and Marketplace, deepen research-partner relationships, and advance Psyntient Ground hardware and software development toward a tested research prototype.

    • Month 8Marketplace ecosystem expanded; new app categories onboarded
    • Month 10Psyntient Ground engineering milestones complete
    • Month 12Publish beta outcomes and set the next evidence-based release plan

  4. Years 2–4 · From category to standard

    Phase 4

    Multi-site infrastructure

    Expand the Archive across sites, modalities, and versioned Editions; mature the Marketplace; and evaluate Psyntient Ground against the standards required for broader release.
