Where research enters the Noetic Archive. Publish paired neural recordings and first-person reports as citable projects, each with its own DOI and page, in the OpenNeuro mould.

Publishing
A project ties together your paper, your data, and the documentation a reader needs to make sense of both. Each one gets a persistent DOI and its own landing page, and appears on your academic researcher profile alongside everything else you have published.
The Repo comes with a free researcher account: verified researcher status is earned by credentials — ORCID plus one additional signal — and never bought, and publishing is free and always will be. Individual citation pages stay publicly reachable, so a reader following a DOI always lands on the project; browsing the Repo in full and publishing need the researcher account.

Publishing vs contributing to the Taxonomy
These are two different acts, and the difference matters.
Publish
Your project joins the Archive and becomes citable immediately. Every published project does this.
Contribute to the Noetic Taxonomy
Offer qualified paired data for the Architect to fold into the map. Optional, and only possible where the data meets the pairing requirements.
A project may or may not carry taxonomy-eligible data, and the Archive holds both kinds of work. The Librarian checks compatibility on the way in — see the Library and the Architect.
§ 03
Consent and custody
Contributions are published deliberately, from Psyntient Node, and are revocable. Private research data stays in your own Neural Vault, under your custody, unless you choose to publish it.
